50 years with Chupa Chups

The most famous candy of the world was created by Enric Bernat.

The children were extracting the candies of the mouth because of different motives. When this Barcelonian confectioner saw them he create a original candy. The candy was holded to a stick of plastic and it was more hygienic.

First It was called chups but later It was transformed to chuppa chupps

The sign of chuppa chupps was created by Salvador Dalí.

Now there is a heap of flavors but from the beginning the chuppa chupps was a candy success in sales.

He is a Spanish hero .His first apparition was in TVE.

He wears a red cloak and a white suit with a big “ñ”. He’s got a white mask too and a big mouth.

He can fly very far away and he knows all the words with the Spanish letter “ñ”. He speaks a lot and likes the good life. He’s smaller than a cow and the fattest superhero I never seen. He’s very lazy, talkative, silly, happy, graceful, clumsy …

He teach to the smallest child all about Spanish culture and of him letter name.

He isn’t as popular as Superman, Spiderman, Catwoman or Wolverine but I remember that when I was very small I saw in the TV.
